Roystone Quarries are located close to Minninglow on the High Peak Trail near Pikehall, Hartington, Derbyshire.

The limestone quarries have been dated from the Post Medieval period, ranging from 1540's to 1900's. The stone product would have used for making quick lime, in the various furnaces dotted around the area.

Today the quarries and kilns are no longer used and are abandoned.
