Boots Analytical Department was located in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. It was used to test all sorts of Boots products.

Boots is a pharmacy led health and beauty retail store which also offers a product analytical testing department for its own product range in regards to stability and release testing as well as contract services to a range of blue-chip pharmaceutical companies.

Boots out grew this building and relocated to new premises. They left behind a lot of equipment and furniture. How long Boots had this building is unknown at this time, but documents left behind date back to the 1970's.

The building was vacated around 2005-6 and left for redevelopment. The site was then vandalised, metal stolen and fires started inside.

Wilson Bowden Developments submitted a planning application to develop the site into offices and the building was demolished in the summer of 2009.
